Terms and Conditions

*A non-refundable deposit of 50% is REQUIRED to book your event. Said payment must be made prior to your show. Payments can be made via PayPal. By paying deposit you also acknowledge that you've read and accepted terms and conditions indicated in your booking agreement here.
* Bookings must be made and completed with deposit paid and contract signed a minimum of 72 hours prior to the event date.
* Rivkah Belly dance cannot guarantee a booking for any event unless the client signs the contract and pays the 50% booking fee.
* If performance consists of two separate acts, break between acts is 15 - 20 minutes.
Cancellation policy

Cancellations can be made 48 hours prior to the performance date. Cancellations after 48 hours will incur full cost.
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Force Majeure
* If client or performer must cancel the engagement due to an Act of God, "Force Majeure", illness, epidemic, or by the order of any public authority, booking agreement shall become null and void, all deposit and balance payments shall be refunded, and both parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other.
** The client accepts all responsibility for any injuries sustained during a performance caused by any party (client and or guest of the client)
The performer is released from all liability for any expenses that may be due or as a result of the performance.

Photo Release
​
The client may use any photo off of instagram @rivkah_bellydance or this website for the promotion of their event without additional charge. Photo rights from this site rivkahbellydance.com and Rivkah Belly Dance Social media sites are owned by rivkah belly dance and the respective photographers. Client must provide credit of photographer name with any photo they use. If the photos on this site or on instagram @rivkah_bellydance do not suit the client's needs or specifications, the performer is under no liability to provide or pay for any new photos or marketing material. The client will not hold the performer liable for any materials or photographs provided to the client from good will. Photography and marketing material is the responsibility of the client and not the performer.

Costumes and Props
​
The performer has invested in a large quantity of costumes and props. If none of the costumes or props posted on this site or on instagram @rivkah_bellydance suit the clients needs, the performer is under no liability to purchase any new additional items, props, decorations, costumes, accessories, or costume elements for any client event. The performer is released from all liability for any expenses that may be due for damages caused to client property during an event or performance.

Standard Fees and Rates
​
All bookings are $250. This rate is fixed regardless of the duration of the show.

Special Business Rates
​
If you are a business, restaurant, performance company, or venue, the first show is $60.
